I love (good) surprises, and I don't get them as nearly enough, so this was the perfect way to be surprised and get the amplifier I didn't know I needed. It is stunning and I love it. The one compliant I have is that I wasn't able to identify the precious stone. I did reach out them and they got back to me right away, but I do think they should include a card explaining the amplifier.
