Please note we do not have any control over customs fees or the length of time it may take your package to clear. Your package is marked at a value of $20 by default.

We do take all necessary steps to clearly, accurately, and comprehensively label the package to ensure a smooth international shipping process through customs. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country.
International orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by your country’s customs department upon arrival. Duty, customs tariffs, taxes, and VAT are set by the destination country. Tiny Devotions Inc. is not responsible for any duties, customs, tariffs, taxes and VATs applied to your package.

If you refuse a shipment from Tiny Devotions, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Tiny Devotions. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

STANDARD DELIVERY FAQS
We try our best to get all orders out as quickly as Bohemian’s can! All orders received before 3:00pm PST on business days, will be sent out that day. Once sent through UPS, you should get a confirmation email from them. There are exceptions for peak holiday times, but we work hard to get you your boho accessories to you as quickly as possible. We take weekends off to perfect our Savasana poses.
Who do you use for Deliveries?
We work closely with UPS, DHL, and USPS.
Please note that PO boxes are marked undeliverable by all carriers other than USPS.
Why doesn’t my tracking number work?
Please allow some time for the shipping carriers to update + do their thing before checking.. If you are having troubles, please contact us at email@example.com or you can text us at 1-833-6-DEVOTE
My package should be here by now, where is it?
If you have checked your tracking number and it says delivered, uh oh! You are going to have to contact the carrier to see what is going on. At this point, it is out of a boho’s hands and onto the shipping companies wide shoulders. We suggest looking around your neighbors houses to start, it may be that simple! If the postal service is unable to help, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If it is lost, we will always send you a replacement.
I gave you the wrong address, what should I do?
We would suggest contacting the postal service to request re-routing the package. If they are unable to carry that request, please let us know and we will ship you a replacement immediately while we wait for the first parcel to make it back to us.
