If you choose to return your item, please send it back using your carrier of choice. Please let us know why you are returning your item by email or sending us note, we are always looking for feedback and ways to improve.

Your refund will be paid in the currency in which it was received by us. If you paid in a currency other than USD dollars, you are liable for the costs of exchange. Outgoing shipping charges are not refunded.

REPAIR POLICY

So…you’ve had a breakthrough!

If your mala breaks – don’t worry! It could actually be a good thing. When a mala breaks it represents karma breaking. It can be a positive sign of progression.

We are happy to restring your Tiny Devotions mala OR any other treasured beaded adornments for a fee of $45 USD + applicable taxes.

The fee is waived if your mala beads break within 90 days of purchase. Please text Nicole at 714-782-4566 (US) or 1-833-6-DEVOTE (International)

You can arrange your Mala Repair at www.tinydevotions.com.

Simply add the “Mala Repair” to your cart and select “Check Out”.

If something went wrong with your order, don’t worry! Just send a description of the problem and a photo to nicole@tinydevotions.com and we will happily solve it for you! Kindly allow 24 to 48 hours for us to get back to you.

CAN I RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REPAIR AN ITEM I PURCHASED FROM A RETAILER?
