Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of purchase Monday - Saturday.

Some items are made to order for quality or personalization purposes. These orders will be fulfilled within 48 hours of ordering.

For US and Canadian orders, 3 day, 2 day, and overnight shipping options are available. If you need us to rush your order for any reason, please select one of these options. If it is especially urgent, please text (714) 782-4566 so that we know what you need and can do everything we can to help.

Sterling Silver, 14k-24k Gold + Rose Gold, and Rhodoium jewelry is kept off site in a temperature controlled location for security and wuality purposes. Due to this, we ask that you please allow 48 hour processing time. 

All custom Malas are created + shipped within 14 days of purchase.

We guarantee the arrival of your items. If your parcel is lost or delayed, we will express ship a replacement to you at no extra cost to you. 

Please note that we are located in California. Shipments out of the Country are exceedingly costly. At the risk of being overly transparent, we are listing our exact costs for you below so that you can have a full understanding.

For a standard 4 ounce 10x8x1 inch padded envelope being shipped from the US to Canada:

USPS takes on average 14 days. There are no extra duties due on either side. Each label costs, at minimum, $16.86 USD.

UPS takes an average of 4 days. Each label costs, at minumum, $27.23 USD. Customs vary between $11-30 USD when applied to Tiny Devotions or $6-19 USD when applied to the recipient

DHL takes 1-2 days. Each label is, at minimum, $33.99 USD. Extra duties are charged to either Tiny Devotions or the recipient and range from $11-25 USD.

Part of the reason for these costs are the custom made boxes are malas come in that we poured our hearts and souls into designing and manufacturing. If you are OK with us sending your items without the box and in a velvet puch instead, we can send you your items at half the cost and twice as fast.

We are happy to do this and will refund you half of the shipping you pay a checkout in this case. Simply leave us a note (note form at checkout) that says "Skip the Box!"

Absolutely, you can change your order or add as long as we haven’t already sent it out! Simply email us with your contact info and we will gladly help you out, nicole@tinydevotions.com or text 1-833-633-8686 for Canada clients or 714-782-4566 for US clients.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes. When your cart reaches $500, you can use our standardized wholesale code to receive 50% off your entire purchase. That means if you have $500 in your cart and use the code, your cart price will be taken down to $250 !

Try refreshing your browser cache as a first step. It is also a good idea to verify that all of your shipping and credit card information is entered correctly.

Will my jewelry look exactly the same as in the picture?
Each piece of mala bead jewelry is hand made by our all female fabulous Mala Makers here in california. Natural materials such as gemstone can vary in color in size, but only slightly. If you get your beads and there is something you don't like, we will send you another to match what you had hoped for at no extra charge.

Do you repair malas?

Yes! We will repair mala from Tiny Devotions or any other Mala maker as long as we can have the materials you need. I gave you the wrong address, what should I do?

We would suggest contacting the postal service to request re-routing the package. If they are unable to carry that request, please let us know and we will ship you a replacement immediately while we wait for the first parcel to make it back to us.
