While we love our South American and African friends, we do not ship to either of those continents at this time.

Tiny Devotions is currently not able to ship to the following countries: Russia, Ukraine, India, UAE, Qatar, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Ireland and other countries. We have stopped shipping to these countries due to the large number of lost packages.

If you refuse a shipment from Tiny Devotions, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Tiny Devotions. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages

Our Shipping Depot is Located in Canada, duties and customs may apply to our American friends.

STANDARD DELIVERY FAQS

We try our best to get all orders out as quickly as Bohemian’s can! All orders received before 3:00pm PST on business days, will be sent out that day. Once sent through UPS, you should get a confirmation email from them. There are exceptions for peak holiday times, but we work hard to get you your boho accessories to you as quickly as possible. We take weekends off to perfect our Savasana poses.

Who do you use for Deliveries?
We work closely with our friends at FedEx.

Please note that if you live in an Apartment building and FedEx can’t access your apartment, you will most likely have to make arrangements with them to pick up your chic accessories at the closest depot. (Please remember to give us your buzz number!)

Why doesn’t my tracking number work?
Please let FedEx do their thing and process your order before the tracking number works. If you are having troubles, please contact us.

My package should be here by now, where is it?
If you have checked your tracking number and it says delivered, uh oh! You are going to have to contact FedEx to see what is going on. At this point, it is out of a boho’s hands and onto the shipping companies wide shoulders. We suggest looking around your neighbors houses to start, it may be that simple! If the postal service is unable to help, please contact us.

I gave you the wrong address, what should I do?
We would suggest contacting the postal service to request re-routing the package. If they are unable to carry that request, and it is sent back to us, we will send it to you once we receive it back. We regret adding in that you may have to pay to have it re-shipped if it was your error.
